Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members developing in an admin role. Business Administrators support and engage with different parts of the organisation, contributing to efficiency, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
What will the apprentice learn?
The apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as the organisation, stakeholders, regulation, business fundamentals, policies and processes, IT, record and document production, quality, adaptability and professionalism.
How does the apprenticeship delivery work?
The apprentice will work towards a knowledge test, project presentation and an interview. With guidance and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

20% Off the Job Training
Functional Skills Maths & English (if not previously achieved)

15 – 18 months
