Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard

The Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members entering a customer service role. Customer Service Practitioners are responsible for delivering high quality products and services to customers.

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as customer service principles and practices, business principles and practices, customer service skills, using customer service tools and resources, communications and presentation.

The Apprentice will work towards a showcase, practical observation and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from a Blue Sky Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence including assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Standard

The Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members developing in customer service role.  Customer Service Specialists are professionals for direct customer support and are an advocate of customer service. They act  as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as providing a positive customer experience, written and verbal communication skills, how to handle complaints or refer them, managing complex situations calmly and efficiently and understanding the impact customer service has on an employer’s reputation.

The Apprentice will work towards a practical observation with Q&A’s, project interview and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from a Blue Sky Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence including assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.
