Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard

The Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members entering a customer service role. Customer Service Practitioners are responsible for delivering high quality products and services to customers.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as understanding the organisation, meeting regulations and legislation, product service and knowledge, customer experience, dealing with customer conflict and challenge and equality. 

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a showcase, practical observation and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
  • 20% Off the Job Training
  • Functional Skills Maths & English (if not previously achieved)
  • End Point Assessment

Duration:

12 – 15 months

 

Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Standard

The Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members developing in customer service role. Customer Service Specialists are professionals for direct customer support and are an advocate of customer service. They act as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as providing a positive customer experience, the customer journey, customer insight, service improvement, customer service performance, equality and team working.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a practical observation with Q&A’s, project interview and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.
