HR Support Level 3 Standard

The HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members that work as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as organisation structures, HR legislation and policy, HR team functions and processes, dealing with HR queries, developing solutions to HR problems, escalating complex issues, maintaining staff details on computer systems and handling sensitive situations professionally and confidentially.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a consultative project and professional discussion. With support and learning from Blue Sky’s HR Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This will include assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

12 – 18 months

 

HR Consultant/ Partner Level 5 Standard

The HR Consultant/ Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship is ideal for mid-level and senior managers. These could be generalist roles, where they provide support across a range of HR areas, or specialist roles, where they focus on and have in depth expertise in a specific area of HR.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as understanding organisation structures, HR legislation and policy, HR team functions and processes, managing HR data systems, relationship management techniques and building skills and capabilities within an organisation.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a consultative project and professional discussion, as well as complete the CIPD Level 5 Qualification in Human Resource Management. With support and learning from Blue Sky’s HR Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This will include assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

Successful completion of this standard enables the Apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Duration:
