Marketing Assistant Level 3 Standard
The Marketing Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members who are responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company. This may be the entry route for many Marketing professionals who progress their career into more senior marketing positions.
What will the apprentice learn?
The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as marketing theory, legislation and regulation, principles of marketing ethics, planning marketing activity, social Media and analytics, SEO techniques, CMS systems, spreadsheets and attention to detail.
How does the apprenticeship delivery work?
The Apprentice will work towards a knowledge test, project report and professional discussion. With support and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

Sales Executive Level 4 Standard
The Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship is ideal for a sales person working in either the Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) markets with responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. A Sales Executive plans their sales activities, leads the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manages their sales internally within their organisation.
What will the apprentice learn?
The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as product, service and sector knowledge, market knowledge, customer knowledge, digital knowledge and skills, customer engagement, sales planning and preparation, proposing and presenting solutions, collaboration and team work, ethics and integrity, and pro-activity.
How does the apprenticeship delivery work?
The Apprentice will work towards a presentation including sales pitch, work based project and professional discussion. With support and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence.
