Associate Project Manager Level 4 Standard

The Associate Project Manager L4 apprenticeship is great for those who are entering or developing in a project management role. Project Managers are responsible for managing a project team to achieve desired outcomes. They will know what needs to be achieved, how long it will take and will manage a budget.

What will the apprentice learn?

The apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as Project Governance, Consolidated Planning, Contract Management & Procurement, Resource Management, Quality Management, Budgeting & Cost Control, Risk & Issue Management, Leadership, and Collaboration.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The apprentice will work towards a presentation, portfolio of evidence and a professional discussion. With guidance and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.
