Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Standard

The Recruitment Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members that are entering the recruitment industry. Recruitment Resourcers identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as writing, placing and updating job adverts in line with company procedures, legal, regulatory and ethical requirements, the candidate attraction and selection processes, recruitment models, employee rights and responsibilities, equality, diversity and inclusion, initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships, and accurate data entry of candidate details.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a project assignment and professional discussion. With guidance and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence. This includes assignments, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.

  • Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
  • Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • 20% Off the Job Training
  • Functional Skills Maths & English (if not previously achieved)
  • End Point Assessment

 

Duration:

15 – 18 months
