Travel Consultant Level 3 Standard

The Travel Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for those entering the travel industry. Travel Consultants are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, delivering a range of often complex travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and ancillary services which help to ensure their travellers have a positive experience at their destination, exceeding their expectations.

What will the apprentice learn?

The Apprentice will learn about a range of areas such as global travel advice and practices, travel industry practices and regulations, world geography, travel options, travel industry systems, customer service, communications and sales and specialist corporate and leisure travel skills.

How does the apprenticeship delivery work?

The Apprentice will work towards a knowledge test and professional discussion. With support and learning from Blue Sky’s Development Advisor, the Apprentice will compile a range of evidence including written work, professional discussions, presentations and observations to demonstrate skills, knowledge and company behaviours.
