HR Consultant/ Partner Level 5 Standard

The Apprentice will complete the CIPD Level 5 Qualification in Human Resource Management, compile a consultative project with professional discussion, demonstrating company behaviours, and bring up-to-date best practice and emerging thinking to your company across HR disciplines. This is an excellent career path for your staff to develop their skill set in your business.

Successful completion of this standard enables the Apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

  • Functional Skills Maths & English (if not previously achieved)
  • End Point Assessment

Duration: 24 – 36 months

 

HR Support Level 3 Standard

This Apprenticeship is ideal for staff members that work as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees, or are a HR Manager. Great skills in your company could be essential to its success, whatever the role, from entry-level through to managers of departments. We offer high quality support and training, tailored to help your business meet its targets and objectives.

The Apprentice will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to give your business a competitive edge. This could result in motivated and competent employees. The Apprentice will be assessed by compiling a consultative project with skills and knowledge of evidence, professional discussion, presentations and demonstrating company behaviours with End Point Assessment. This is an excellent career path for your staff to develop their skill set in your business.

Duration: 12 – 18 months
